Thank you for shopping with Univista LLC. We want you to enjoy every product you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (food and snack items), we can only accept returns or issue refunds for items that meet one of the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was missing items or incomplete.
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact our support team at info@univistallc.com with the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Clear photos showing the issue (if applicable)
Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and provide further instructions. Do not send products back without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Replacements
In cases of defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement product at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed snack products
- Items returned without prior approval
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you are approved to return a product, we will provide instructions regarding shipping labels or reimbursements (if applicable).
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@univistallc.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
